Enterprise Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • Last Updated: September 7, 2026 • Version 2.4
Migrea operates exclusively within your authorized enterprise cloud boundary (CrowdStrike Falcon tenant, customer AWS/Azure VPCs, or customer Cribl instances). Migrea never replicates, extracts, centralizes, or transfers your security event logs, telemetry streams, or incident records outside your approved cloud tenancy.
1. Scope & Applicability
This Privacy Policy describes how Migrea ("we", "us", or "our") manages corporate information collected through our website (migrea.net), engagement scoping tools, and professional service interactions. It applies to prospective enterprise clients, CISOs, SOC leadership, and technical evaluators who submit scoping inquiries or interact with our telemetry architecture tools.
02. Information We Collect
We collect strictly the operational details required to evaluate your migration scope and furnish an accurate Statement of Work (SOW):
- Corporate Contact Information: Corporate work email address submitted voluntarily through our Phase 0 Telemetry Assessment form.
- High-Level Architecture Metrics: Current legacy SIEM platform (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel), estimated daily ingestion throughput (GB/TB per day), selected telemetry feed count, and desired service engagement module.
- Functional Client Preferences: Your preferred interface language (English or Spanish) and cookie preference, stored exclusively in your local browser storage (localStorage).
Notice: We never collect personal telephone numbers, home addresses, government IDs, credit card numbers, or consumer payment instruments.
03. In-Tenant SIEM Telemetry Boundary
During active fixed-scope migration engagements:
- All parser authoring, LogScale CQL search optimization, and Fusion SOAR playbook development occur strictly within your authorized CrowdStrike cloud boundary or designated bastion instance.
- Engineers access environments using customer-issued least-privilege IAM roles with mandatory multi-factor authentication (MFA) and customer-monitored audit logging.
- No customer production telemetry, customer IP, or internal network topology maps are ever ingested, persisted, or cached on Migrea infrastructure.
04. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Migrea maintains a strict zero-ad-tech policy. We do not use third-party analytics trackers, remarketing beacons, or canvas fingerprinting. We do not sell or monetize personal data under any circumstances.
05. Data Retention & Erasure
Assessment submissions and prospective client inquiries are retained solely for the duration of engagement scoping and contract execution. You may request immediate erasure of your corporate contact information at any time by contacting our engineering desk at solutions@migrea.net.
